In the area of transportation, the

Electric Vehicle Chargers
- Efacec USA, Inc., will start manufacturing EFACEC DC quick charger
50kw (QC 50) in Norcross, Georgia, during the last quarter of 2011.
- Efacec installed the first DC quick charger in a European
gas station.
- Efacec was the first CHAdeMO certified quick charger
manufacturer in Europe.
- Efacec is a recognized leader on manufacturing Plug-in
Electrical Vehicle (PEV) solution (50kw) to support PEV charging infrastructure
worldwide.
- The Efacec DC quick charger 50kw (QC 50) is compliant with
IEC 61851-1 and CHAdeMO standards.
SmartChargeTMcapability
Efacec blends advanced charger technology, grid optimization and the application of distributed energy resources to actually improve grid performance. Efacec’s SmartLoadTMtechnology turns an impending burden to the grid into a benefit by increasing grid performance and efficiency. The end result is a stronger grid.
